Production Team Member

Unlike traditional construction Modomi modulars are built inside a comfortable and controller environment-well-lit with access to break room, restrooms, and other supporting facilities. Parking is safe and secure and immediately adjacent to the production facility. All work is preformed inside. This team member role will be flexible, working on different stages of the assembly process including, but not limited to, framing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, window and door installation, painting, drywall, finishing, flooring, fixture installation, etc. Training and enabling team members to expand their skills are fundamental parts of the Modomi workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to assemble products, such as nail guns, drills and saws.
Read blueprints and other technical drawings.
May be required, after proper training, to operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
Follow safety regulations and procedures to minimize risk of injury to self and others.
Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards before they are used in production.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1-year previous construction experience.
Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Ability to read tape measure.
Ability to reach, crawl, stoop and lift up tp 25lbs. with no restrictions.
Ability to be self-directed.
Ability to work well with others and participate as a team member.
