[POSITION SUMMARY]

The HR Recruiter is responsible for administering the new hire workflow through a new hires transition to workforce. Also assists the HR team with the end-to-end recruiting cycle. Efficiently and effectively fills open positions by sourcing internally and externally, screening resumes and job applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, scheduling applicants for site visits, extending offers to candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Builds professional relationships with business partners and candidates.

[WHAT YOU’LL OWN]

Process Hiring Requisitions, ensuring complete and correct information.
Post positions to appropriate internet sources and ensure accurate, error-free and lawful advertising.
Excellent customer service skills including clear and proactive communication to site teams and candidates.
Coordinate on-site interviews with Human Resources and Department Hiring Managers.
Build positive and professional relationships with candidates. new hires and stakeholders in the recruitment process including managers, supervisors, career professionals at educational institutions, site board reps, and in the community at large.
With the support of the Human Resources Generalist, develop an effective transition to workforce plan and including new employee orientation for year-round and seasonal roles.
Maintain recruitment files containing job requisitions, candidate application files, hiring decisions.
Ensure recruiting and hiring activities comply with federal and State regulations and are handled within Enfield Farms policies and procedures.
Maintain internal and external online career centers and job opportunity pages.
Maintain and continually develop digital onboarding process utilizing available technology including the Company’s HRMS.
Update department records and employment records in the HRMS.
Assist in company culture development including events, employee resources, employee recognition, etc.
Prepare and submit relevant reports to management.

[WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR]

Minimum of one (1) year of HR recruiting experience or HR experience with a desire to learn the recruiting function;
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects and relationships;
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees;
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results;
Proficiency with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets;
Big picture thinking and attention to detail;
Marketing, multitasking and time management skills;
Target-driven and self-sufficient with an ability to work with little direct supervision;
Self-starter, motivated, ambitious high achiever with a strong work ethic;
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member;
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

[EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK]

Mon-Fri: 7am – 4pm
Some Saturdays required during Harvest season to host hiring events
