Duties you get to do and skills that win this position:
Answering high-volume phone lines with energy and enthusiasm
Provide information, directions, and top-notch customer service
High-volume email communication as well as Microsoft Teams communication
Consistent Data Entry, both Alpha and Numeric
Scanning and organizing paperwork
Filing and organizing documents
Phone intake for job seekers
Scheduling appointments
Assisting Human Resources with recruiting, reference checking and drug testing
Checking and delivering mail
Stocking office supplies
Experienced with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
Recent office experience showcasing excellent customer service and Receptionist skills
Excellent employment references
General office housekeeping duties to get the office ready for their customers’
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to have high energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift
Excellent attendance and work ethic
