Employer Profile
Kam-Way Transportation Inc.
What makes us unique
Since our founding in 2008, Kam-Way Transportation started out with a 4 member team, a lot of drive and motivation, as well as a huge dream and vision. Channeling that drive and vision, we have been constantly working and improving our company.
Since then, Kam-Way Transportation has grown from a small family business to an operation with 100+ team members, delivering the highest level of communication, service, and reliability.
Throughout our growth, our leadership has remained humble. We don’t pretend to be perfect, but:
- We learn (and grow) from our mistakes.
- We treat our employees right, maintaining a fun place where everyone has an opportunity to grow, develop, and succeed.
- We believe in giving back to our community.
- And we absolutely never forget that our customers are the lifeline of what we do.
Kam-way Transportation Inc is a traditional freight brokerage with today’s technology and automation, we are also a refrigerated/dry van and dedicated fleet asset based service provider—which means:
#WE MAKE SHIP HAPPEN
Our brokerage network is comprised of over 15,000 carriers nationwide to service your needs wherever your freight is headed, in addition to our fleet of 140 trucks (and growing), 80 tractors enrolled in our puller program and 600+ company trailers. We have relay points setup strategically throughout Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, and Arizona—allowing easy access for delivery between the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
In this need-it-now era, we understand a successful company has to adapt. As such, we focus on bringing innovative shipping models to the market such as hub and spoke shipping (Kam-Way Relay). Your on-boarding experience is done right the first time- including full EDI, MacroPoint and/or FourKites implementation to create seamless supply chain transactions. We utilize real time web based load tracking and tendering with our carriers. In this dynamic and fragmented market, we are constantly working on streamlining and unifying it.
